Shipping Information:
We, and the people we work with, try to ship every order as quikckly as possible. Approximate shipping times are listed with individual merchandise. In stock items will usually ship faster than custom orders. Occasionally, when an item is not in stock, it can take up to two weeks, especially during holiday seasons. If your order is needed by a specific date, please let us know. If we can meet the deadline we will, if not, we will let you know before proceeding. Most orders are shipped UPS. When we notify you the order has shipped, we will also provide a UPS tracking number.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy, personalized custom orders not included, we will accept returns within 15 days of purchase. The shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item has been received damaged. Personalized Custom Orders: All custom orders are non-refundable unless we have made an error in production. In the case where it is our mistake, you have the option of returning it for a full refund (shipping included.) or having another produced and shipped at our expense. In either case, you must inform The Photo Gift Shoppe within 15 days receipt of your order or we will no longer be responsible.
Personalized Custom Orders:
We try to produce the finest work possible based on the images supplied. We will lighten or darken, balance color and add contrast as we deem necessary. We will also crop your image for best results and cannot accept responsibility or returns unless we have made an obvious error. If you are concerned about the quality of your image, please email or mail us and we will review it for you at no charge.
Safe, Secure Ordering:
All credit card charges are processed off line. Your credit card is not charged until your order is ready to be processed. Your credit card information will be kept on file for two months and then destroyed. All orders are processed using the safe, secure services of Yahoo!
No Spamming Policy:
Your email address is safe with us. We will not sell it to any company or individual. During the Check Out process you will have an opportunity to join our EMailing List to be notified of special sales and events during the year.
